The focus of Karyn’s work is to design the best ways of enabling people to learn effectively using digital tools. She is a digital learning design professional with over 14 years’ experience in learning technology with expertise in e-learning, mobile learning, serious games, virtual and augmented reality and blended learning.

In previous in-house and consultancy roles, she's led the development of creative content, instructional and learning experience design and e-learning development for a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and globally. These include Medical Research Council, Deloitte, Demac, Highways England, Public Health England, NHS, JA Worldwide, Bologne, Coventry and Aston Universities, West Midlands Police, Barnardos, British Gas, the BBC, Lloyds Bank, L’Oreal and Nokia amongst others.

Away from work, Karyn enjoys walking and doing outdoor activities in Snowdonia and visiting places of interest, spending time with friends and family, reading, art, fashion and thinking of the next great learning design piece!
