  • Professional Skills & Careers Manager  (Permanent, Full-Time)
    Leading the development of TIAH’s professional framework, associated competencies and career pathways.The recruitment for this role is being undertaken by PARN via the following link. 
  • CPD Officer (9 month FTC, Full-Time) 
    Collating information about CPD opportunities and promoting them to farmers and growers. 
  • Digital Learning Officer (9 month FTC, Full-Time) 
    Assisting with the set-up of a Learning Experience Platform and developing learning opportunities to be recommended to users. 
  • User Experience Officer (9 month FTC, Full-Time) 
    Supporting the development of online services that offer an optimal user experience. 
  • Creative Content Officer (9 month FTC, Full-Time)
    Ensuring TIAH’s brand and values are maintained throughout all communications. 


Fixed term posts may be extended depending on securing funding for future year
