Beverly Dixon

Appointed to the role in 2008, Beverly is actively involved in talent acquisition and development of future leaders through an in-house international graduate and apprentice training scheme, as well as accredited leadership programmes. At the same time, she champions sound ethical working practices and Human Rights throughout the supply chain.

Prior to joining G’s Fresh, Beverly held a number of senior consultancy and in-house HR roles, including as a Head of HR with Marks & Spencer.

Beverly holds Non-Executive Directorships at Haygrove, MM Flowers and Management Development Services (MDS).

Beverly is a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), holds a BSc in Agriculture from Newcastle University, and an MBA from Cass Business School in London, where she's a guest lecturer.

Beverly enjoys playing polo and is rarely seen without her cocker spaniel in tow.
