As Digital Learning Developer, Jacob helps to develop and design our learning content, ensuring learners can absorb the required information as accurately as possible with effectively designed content.

Jacob specialises in the design field and is also adept at developing and producing learning content. With more than 10 years of experience in both e-learning and the wider design industry, Jacob has worked across an array of sectors, making him a versatile designer.

Jacob has contributed to the development of industry-leading courses for clients including HSBC, Network Rail, Rolls Royce, Norfolk Southern, the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH), the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).

Outside the e-learning sector, Jacob is a published children's illustrator with best-selling titles in the Welsh language sector. He loves designing and writing stories/picture books for children's publishing, helping to educate children and foster their love of reading.
