Luke is responsible for the development and evolution of TIAH’s online service. He is an expert in digital learning and the use of digital technology in an effective workplace.

Following university, Luke began his career in the agricultural sector as a rural development advisor with Natural England. He went on to pursue his interest in digital marketing and subsequently e-learning at Travis Perkins plc, where, as Digital Learning Manager, he was responsible for the production and implementation of learning platforms and training programmes.

Luke held a senior position as Learning Lead at SSCL, a joint venture between the Cabinet Office and international digital transformation consultants Sopra Steria, where he provided learning and development advice to clients, including Ministry of Justice and Metropolitan Police.

Luke then returned to the agricultural sector as Digital Manager with the virtual National Land Based College, where he oversaw development and delivery of all digital projects, channels and platforms. He went on to become Digital Skills Manager with the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board, taking the lead in driving the use of digital learning and technologies for upskilling in the agriculture and horticulture sectors. This included developing innovative lifelong learning materials including webinars, podcasts, videos, and online learning.

Luke is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Member of the Learning and Performance Institute.
