We are pleased to announce that we're sponsoring the Oxford Farming Conference (OFC) Inspire Programme for the third year running.

The Inspire Programme is designed to enable ambitious candidates from across the rural and agri-food sector to attend the OFC for the first time.

The programme includes an away day event, a complimentary ticket to the full conference, two nights' accommodation, attendance at the Chair's Welcome Reception and one dinner at the conference. 

The OFC Inspire Programme is open to anyone working in the rural and agri-food sector, regardless of their background or experience. To apply, please visit the OFC website:  https://www.ofc.org.uk/inspire-programme 

What Inspire offers 

Participants will receive: 

  • An away day event: Hosted on 29 and 30 November 2023 in London 
  • Complimentary OFC ticket: For the entire conference from 3 to 5 January 2024 
  • Accommodation: Two nights at the stunning Christchurch College 
  • Networking opportunities: Attendance at the Chair's Welcome Reception and one dinner (Christ Church Dinner) 
  • Mentorship: Direct support from one of the OFC Directors 
  • Post-conference support: The potential for post-conference events and activities supported by OFC and TIAH 

Application criteria 

  • Aged between 30 to 45 
  • Actively involved in the rural, food, and/or farming sector 
  • UK resident 
  • Able to attend all programme events 
  • Not attended OFC in the last three years or participated in Inspire before
