The You Are Not Alone project, now known as YANA, was set up by Norfolk farming charity The Clan Trust in 2008.
YANA provides mental health support for the agriculture and rural community.
YANA became a charity in its own right in 2020 and its work has been recognised by several other national bodies, including the Princes Countryside Fund, Public Health England and The Worshipful Company of Farmers.
