Born on a small dairy farm in North Devon, Becky has worked in agriculture since studying at Harper Adams.

Her varied career has included grain trading, co-managing a mixed farm in Portugal and working at AHDB Dairy as a Knowledge Exchange Manager. She is now a Senior partner at people management consultancy Real Success as well as chief executive of the charity Let’s Farm Foundation and co-director of Lean Farming UK.

Becky was trained to facilitate succession planning for farmers by Sian Bushell and has been helping farming businesses navigate succession for more than six years.
