Landex's mission is to ensure all its members are recognised by their learners and stakeholders as providing high quality cost-effective land-based education, training and professional development. Landex also strives to ensure members are valued by their communities and employers for their contribution to the sustainability of businesses, the wellbeing of society and the prosperity of rural economies. 

Landex also manages the National Land Based College (NLBC) which provides learners and careers advisers with information, opportunities, resources and career connections that will be invaluable throughout an individual’s land-based journey. NLBC also provides links to training providers, schools resources and other professional bodies from within the land-based sector.
