What do you think might be the most rewarding aspect of a job like Marcin’s?
Working to crop food crops can be hugely rewarding in a number of ways. From watching the mature fruit go off to be packaged and sent around the world to solving pest or nutrition problems on the growing fruit, this is a role that challenges and repays your efforts.
The role can be physically challenging too and could be a perfect fit for the careers seeker who might not suit a desk-based role.
