Nicola Hargreaves

Nikki was raised in the agriculture and horticulture industry in Lincolnshire, predominantly in the soft fruit and ornamental sectors. She then trained in commercial horticulture and has worked in the industry for 25 years.

Nikki began her career, after leaving the family business, working in technical management roles in the fresh produce and ornamental sectors for both producers and retailers, gaining insight into the end-to-end supply chain,  in product safety, legality, the environment and assurance schemes. 

She then developed her career in sales, marketing, development and procurement for an online horticultural retailer and as General Manager for a horticultural supply business. 

She is very passionate about the industry that made her and has a desire to help people develop in this field. 

In her spare time, Nikki, is a devoted football supporter, as well as spending large amounts of her time on the side line supporting her children. She has many animals who require attention and also enjoys the gym.
