Recording and sharing your CPD
You can use our CPD record system to quickly - and securely - log your training and CPD work, so you can track all your training requirements and deadlines in one place.
On top of this, you can also use your Learning record to quickly evidence your compliance, saving you time and effort in the event of any farm inspection.
Recording training in the Learning Hub
All the learning you do in the Learning Hub will automatically be recorded. CPD points and certificates will also be automatically awarded, when available, and the Learning Hub will signpost you to relevant learning based on the knowledge and skills needed in your role.
Recording external training
Any learning you undertake outside of the Learning Hub can easily be added to your CPD record.
You can upload any documents relevant to the learning, including any certificates. This helps to keep a full record of your learning. You can upload this by clicking on Record external training in the Learning Hub main menu.
Allocating CPD points
When allocating your CPD points remember:
- ½ hour of learning is equal to 1 CPD point
- A maximum of 10 points can be allocated for a full day
Sharing your CPD
You can download a report of all of your learning activities by clicking the download button on the Learning activity page. This can be useful if you want to share you learning with others in an easy-to-view format on Excel.
