Toolbox Talks added to TIAH's Learning Hub

Toolbox Talks have traditionally been used to help businesses improve health and safety practices among their staff, but they can be used across all kinds of subjects.

To help farmers and growers quickly upskill their staff, we've created a series of Toolbox Talks templates. These provide a clear structure and some talking points on each issue, giving you everything you need to easily hold a short meeting with a sharp focus on your topic of choice.

Whether you're wanting to upskill the team on best practice with handling equipment or chemicals, or if you're looking to help your team manage the difficulties of working alone or handling stress in busy work periods, we've got a Toolbox Talk to help.
