Having completed a waste walk and analysed your processes, the next step is to plan the required actions to drive improvement.
Having filled in the Waste walk spreadsheet, the next step is to look at the areas that need improvement and plan the actions needed to address them.
By taking the time to plan the required actions, calculate their cost, and detail how they'll benefit your business, you'll create a clearly justified approach for the improvement.
With that complete, actions should be allocated to members of the team, with dates agreed for their completion. Doing so creates clarity, purpose, and importantly, buy-in from the team.
