Aims
By doing the modules in our Essential Skills: Why inclusion matters Learning Path, you’ll gain insights into the benefits of inclusion and diversity and be able to promote the value of diverse teams.

These modules will help you reflect on your own biases, explore the ‘nine protected characteristics’ and gain ideas on how to discuss differences and needs confidently. You’ll also discover what an ally is and be able to recognise the crucial role of allies in promoting inclusivity.
