What is leadership?

There are many skills involved in being an effective leader. Whether it's motivating staff, planning business development or setting your recruitment policy, leadership plays a part in all aspects of running a succesful business.

And this is why there's such a variety of leadership courses available. We've brought a lot of these together, so you can help refine the options and find the course that's most relevant to you.

When should I take a leadership course?

It really is true that there's no time like the present when it comes to learning new skills.

Farmers and growers all stand to benefit from developing their leadership skils as these can give you more confidence in making decisions - and in seeing those decisions through.

We've collected a host of testimonials from real farmers and growers, telling us more about their experiences of taking leadership courses to help their businesses develop.
