Guy Moreton

Guy brings a wealth of commercial experience in agriculture and horticulture to TIAH, having held Commercial Director and Managing Director roles in some of the country’s largest produce and horticultural businesses before setting up MorePeople in 2000.

MorePeople is a specialist recruitment business, serving the food (including the baking and milling sector), agriculture and horticulture sectors, covering a huge range of functions and permanent full-time roles, offering salaries from circa £25,000pa right up to main board level.

The business has grown from two people in 2000 to 42 in August 2025 and Guy’s role has changed in that time from being very actively involved in recruiting candidates at all levels and functions to now focusing on the recruitment of non-executive directors and supporting MorePeople’s Main Board Recruitment team, as well as supporting the CEO and MD, who look after the day-to-day running of the company.

A Freeman of The City of London and a Liveryman of both the Worshipful Company of Fruiterers and The Worshipful Company of Gardeners, Guy says he also spends too much time following Peterborough United!
