Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistance, Kay works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of TIAH's activities, carrying out tasks and functions related to project and business management.

Kay comes from a strong background as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager with a lot of experience in organising events. 

Starting out as an Editorial Assistant, she moved into Personal Assistant work within an engineering company before relocating and taking up EA and PA positions with large accountancy and corporate environments including Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, Volkswagen Group UK and Bright Horizons Family Solutions, with recent experience at Harris Balcombe, a loss assessor business. 

Kay has worked in the early years education industry, the NHS and local government grasping the regulatory tasks for these industries. 

In May 2025, Kay joined TIAH working with the CEO and TIAH team to provide executive assistance and operational support. 

Kay has a family farming history dating back to the 1700s and so naturally loves the countryside and animals. Her interests include walking, reading, exploring castles and mysterious standing stones at the weekends.
