Linda Christofferson tells how progressive farmers and growers from across the UK flocked to Groundswell to discuss how they could develop their businesses, with many showing an interest in TIAH's development and our Toolbox Talks.

In this, the second episode of TIAH Talks, I got to speak with Stephen Jacob about the development of TIAH's Toolbox Talks, how they were created as a result of feedback from farmers and growers, and how they're designed to complement the Essential Skills offering we have in the Learning Hub.

Stephen explained more about how these tools can support TIAH's mission to improve knowledge exchange and upskill the farming industry, helping farm owners and managers upskill their teams in quick, easy to deliver discussions taking only 15-20 minutes - ideal for delivering in tea or lunch breaks!
