We met Jarek and Marcin, a supervisor and a manager at Berry Farming to find out what their days in the glasshouses look like and why they value working there.

There are formal routes into working in horticulture, such as apprenticeships, (find out more about the crop technician apprenticeship) and T Levels and less formal progression routes where individuals progress following on-the-job experience.
