Richard Morley

He joined NFU Mutual, the UK’s leading agricultural and rural insurer, as Head of Finance in 2010 and was appointed Finance Director in 2018. He's a qualified accountant and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

Richard brings to TIAH extensive Finance knowledge as well as wide ranging commercial experience (in both shareholder and mutual businesses, as well as the public sector), acquired through a variety of leadership roles for organisations including Thames Water, BNP Paribas and Lloyds Banking Group.

He's passionate about life-long learning and personal development and his role at NFU Mutual provides him with a good understanding of the challenges facing the UK agricultural sector, as well as the opportunities for continued success.

Outside the world of work Richard is a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur and lives in the Cotswolds. He is married with two sons and a daughter and a Cavapoo dog called Rosie.
