The Institute for Agriculture and Horticulture (TIAH) is proud to announce the launch of its latest whitepaper, Planning for 2040: The essential skills your farm needs to thrive.

This whitepaper brings together the very latest industry research, TIAH’s own Labour Market Intelligence (LMI) and aligns with the ambitions set out in the UK Government’s Advanced Manufacturing Sector Plan, which recognises agri-tech as a key driver of national growth and innovation.

With technology, digital know-how and environmental management becoming increasingly critical, the whitepaper explores how UK farmers and growers can prepare for the changes ahead, ensuring their businesses remain competitive and resilient.
