Acting in a way that promotes trust

All TIAH members are asked to act in a manner both in their working life and their private life to promote themselves, their business, and the agriculture industry professionally and positively.

This behaviour includes: 

  • Promoting the high standards you and the industry stand for
  • Understanding that being a professional is about more than how you behave at work; it’s also about how you behave in your private life
  • Understanding how your actions affect others and the environment and questioning or changing that behaviour if you can
