Neurodiverse staff can thrive in our industry
Tenant dairy farmer Liz Haines has first-hand experience of life and work with neurodiversity. Diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, she has first-hand experience of the difficulties the condition, but also of the joys working in nature and with animals can bring to neurodivergent people.
